Default Help with Sansa Message

Everytime my daughter tries to play a song she gets a message that says "synchronize to continue your music subscripton". Can you please tell me what that means.

It means you are trying to play copy protected music and the license expired. You need to connect it to the same computer that was used to copy the music onto it in the first place and run the software that you subscribe to (Rhapsody, napster, ect). It should tell you what to do from there.
