Bought a P2 1 month ago, new. Since then I've had glitches with the touch sensitivity, crashing and now a dead pixel.
One time the player refused to turn on without me using the reset button, another time I was listening to music, screen turned off, I woke it up and the controls were missing on the screen. Then the screen went all funny with lines everywhere and it crashed out. Now I've turned it on 2 or so days later and there's a dead flashing blue pixel at the bottom of the screen that will not go away. Anyway I can solve these problems, anyone had similar problems and what did you do about it? I am running EU 5.10 Firmware (BlueWave 4) |

Crashing could be due to corrupt tags in your music.

It hasn't crashed since I posted this thread, but the stuck pixel is still there, flashing blue. Any thoughts?

A dead pixel is a dead pixel, it's a hardware issue, you cannot do anything sorry

I thought a dead pixel was white or black. This one's continuously flashing blue but seems to work properly in some applications or conditions
