No video playback

Cant get video after transfer. Im using the free any video converter. Have it set to mobile mp4. I get sound after transfer but no video. Also error messege when going through SMC. Ive tried a youtube video as well as a "burned" DVD. Thanks.

First of all, you should check if it is set to "TV out". I found some advice on the official Sansa View forum:
"Under the More...|Setting/Options|System Settings|Display menu, you will find two options TV Out (On/Off/Auto) and TV Signal (NTSC/PAL).

I cannot find the "TV out" option on my View with firmware 01.01.06 but on later firmwares it should be there. I prefer the .06 firmware since it seems to be the one with the best battery life for the player...
