Very doubtful since they just released a new update adding some new features, code optimization, etc. - I'll bet they'll continue to make the browser better over time but firmware updates are generally only 2-3 times a year.

I think it would be best to wait until an actual set date to be announced, then rip or praise based on if they meet it or not.

Two thirds of the way through April now. My new theory is that MS has a boatload of apps ready to release for the Zune HD, but they are rationing them out to prolong the depression.

When will we see a commercial with the Zune HD, Kin phones, Windows 7 phones, and XBox all playing together nicely? I had this dream about any form of media being played on any device, and them all whispersyncing your status between them. It included movies, music, games, ebooks, and any future media to arrive. Did the Zune HD get lost in the shuffle?

Zune HD app and games support is the least of their worries. I think that they work on something else, probably WP7 support. I hope that hackers will find a way to fully open the device. There are more chances to see hacks than official support for apps and games.

Really the apps make no difference to me either way but I will say their definition of "soon" is vastly different than the majorities.
Generally speaking the word "soon" in a case like this would mean in the next week or two but it is clearly not the case with Microsoft.

Granted there was no promise of large amounts of apps BUT I can see where people are starting to feel put off or pushed aside when the promise of "soon" is given and nothing shows weeks later.

Instead of saying "tomorrow" try "next week", that way disappointment only once a week. :P It will come though, eventually.
