Makes KR region the Q2 louder than EU ?

Hi,
Because of the loudness limitation I updated the firmware on my Q2 from 1.19FR to 1.20KR and then changed the region with config.dat from FR to EU.
I guess that it is louder now, but I think not very much.
Would it become louder if I would change it to KR region ?
Has anybody tried it ?
And does anybody know how to create the config.dat for KR region ?

No, EU and KR are the same regarding sound level
