D2 DAB folder problem

Hi there
Seem to have a slight problem.
When i say list the folders i have within my music folder the little yellow individual folders don't come up with the text written next to them.
All it shows is is the yellow folder with what i think is the letter W on it.
Anyone know what is going on?
Do i have to say reflash the player or something.
I am backing up all my files as of now so would appreciate some advice as soon as possible.

Is this something that just happened? Maybe you've named a folder with characters the firmware can't handle. That's what happened to me. Go backwards and ask yourself what changes you made when the problem started.

Only happened once i added a couple of albums to 16gb sd card that was installed.
Took out sd card but other trax on player still show letter w in folder even though it will show album title.
Also sometimes resets player if i try to play some of the files.
Will updating firmware to 4.59 sort this out or is it poss to reinstall 4.58?
Sorry for all the questions but i am stumped!

Have you used different characters to name the files/folders than before?

Other than that the only way I know to solve problems like this are to investigate when the problem started. If it's when you added "MUSIC FOLDER X", and the problems started arising, well...
