Beating the Creative Support System
OK. You've just bought a new ZEN (fill in name), and for whatever reason, you need to return it. Unfortunately for you, they just send you a form letter that doesn't actually address your issue. How to get around this:
1. Include something about communicating with a human being.
2. Specifically state (if applicable) that your problem is not on their form letter list, and that you have already tried these methods
3. If all else fails, threaten something serious, such as a lawsuit (no, I'm not kidding) if your warranty is not fulfilled.
