D2 / 32 GB SDHC (do I really need a class 6)

I have been patiently waiting for the prices to drop on the 32gb SDHC Class 6 cards and was wondering if a lesser class would work just as well?

Would like to hear some feedback on name brands as well as best prices and where to purchase.

For use in a player Class 6 has only one advantage: it's faster to put files on it. There's no other difference.

The extra speed becomes important if you use it in a camera or certain other devices where speed is critical. Players aren't affected by the class of the card because class is just a way to rate writing speed.
