My 60G Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra has been needing charging more frequently in the last couple of weeks. Tonight, I fired it up and it said "low battery", so I plugged it into the charger as usual. I got to the screen display, but I couldn't scroll around or choose anything. Nothing worked. I had to take out the battery to get it to shut off. I tried resetting it a couple of times, but it just did the same thing.
I put a brand new battery in, and it's still doing it. Am I doomed? Last edited by Bluejay; 03-16-2010 at 01:44 PM. Reason: Update - thing's still not working |

I am sorry that I can't offer any assistance with your problem, but you stated that you replaced the battery with a new one. I am trying to determine a source for a battery for my player. Where did you get your new battery and how can I get the specs for the one in my player? I suspect it is the same as the one for your player.
Thanks |
