Default [ Tool ] RGB Slider Colour Select Library v1.0 + demo

This library was created to aid graphical apps on the X-Fi2, but also has uses in other apps (such as setting a player character's colour). This version of the library offers two varieties; one with images for the buttons, and one without. I have provided the one without images for those developers who do not want to have to also include the res.bin of button images with their programs.

The colour bars change as the values of each (red, green, blue) change to reflect what the selected colour would be if the user moved the slider to that position on that colour. This is to make colour selection easier for the user, although it does cause a little lag in the response time of the program. This lag, however, is not crippling and thus this feature has been left in the final build.

Attached are both the graphic and non-graphic versions of the library, differentiated by the "gfx" in the file name. In these files is also included a demo; main.lua.

The functions of the library are described below;

rgbslide.sliders(colour)
Displays colour slider interface (see screenshots)

colour = initial colour for sliders to display

Returns: colour variable as selected from slider interface.

This is looking very good, also really nice that the bars change color while dragging, it really shows what color you are heading to.

I'm glad you like what I've scripted, although I'd call it complete at this point. Although from what you said, it seems that you have some ideas for how this could be improved. What do you think could be changed about this library to make it better?

Thanks Bruno, but this is more of a library than an app. It's meant to be used as a part of an app rather than an app itself. It has a main.lua to provide a demo of what the library is capable of.
