Napster license issues (again:( )

So I need help with Napster...again. Is there any way to completely and totally wipe the player clean? Apparently Napster's license didn't update this month and it can't seem to update it correctly so I think I have to put it back on there again. Every time I try to play a file I get an "invalid file" message which tells me the Napster license isn't current. I've already reformatted the entire device, twice. And it still reads "invalid file" and I'm at a loss for what to do next. This is the second time that this has occured and the first time reformatting it worked and I don't understand why it didn't this time? Any ideas? The actual hardware works perfectly and my Napster license IS current so there's no reason this shouldn't be able to work somehow. Thanks in advance for ANY ideas or opinions
