Letters on screen are more and more blurry

Hi,

I have not been around here for some time because our Clix 2 (my daughter's one) has been working perfectly after we did that firmware update months, well, years ago.

But now I need your help because, as the title says, the letters on the screen are getting blurred or unclear. For example on the charging screen, the word charging can be seen clear because of its size. But the line below, in smaller letters, is less clear and some letters are not legible.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it a software/firmware problem or is it a physical/mechanical problem of the screen and can be solved by opening the Clix up?
