is d2+ plus hard to see on the sun

i used to have the d2 but cold hardly see it in the sun is the d2+ any better because of the white and background?

I don't think they're different... I read somewhere that D2+ has some adjustments for the screen to use less power, but I don't know whether is that true. Try to set brightness to 8 or more, it will help. I use dark wallpaper and white font color (255, 255, 255), and it can be operated when there's too much light outside.

What are you trying to see on the player? video or just the controls?
I have no problem with my D2+ with controls in the sun and I live in a tropical region. Don't know if the sun rays are different lolx

The D2 and the D2+ are the EXACT same hardware. You can even safely flash the D2+ firmware onto your vintage D2 and it will be the same as the D2+ except for the fancy case colors.

it depends, in middle of the day at summer with no cloud its better to put it back in your pocket
but now most citys are full of bindings and deferent kind of Shadow Gears so it won't be that hard at list you well have a chance to find a Solution
