Questions about X series

I was given a Zune HD, and while the interface is nice it doesn't have the features I want. So before I actually shell out cash for a new player I'd like to make sure it does everything. Here's what I'm looking for, and if the Sony won't do it please suggest something else.

1. Browse by folder
2. Transfer files like you would an external hard drive
3. Bookmarks for audiobooks

If you save your audiobooks in the podcast section, it remembers the individual place of each one.

Okay I'm sold. The answers for the Zune HD are no, no and no. It really sucks because it's a pretty cool piece of hardware and software.

the zune didn't have custom EQ i big no go for me.

The X is a great player but a tad expensive - hope you can get a good deal on one.
