I just got one at my local Costco, it even came with a USB wall charger. I am not sure if I am able to plug my S9 straight into the wall charger. It is a standard female USB 5V 500mah (at least that's what is says for the output).
Any ways, for who ever has one of these, how do you like it for the S9. I think it'd mostly good if I decide to play flash games or few movies for a road trip. |

Yup, but mine came with a wall charger. I wonder if it's safe to directly plug my S9 into it.

Out of curiosity, how much did it cost? I'm wondering if I can buy one locally in Australia...

I'm sure it's safe...check the charger's listed output with the S9's accepted input levels (should be on the box--failing that, in the manual)

Does anyone know how long the stored power lasts in the Duracell Charger? For example, could I charge it up, leave it in my bag for a few months and then use it?

months would be iffy...lithium ion batteries might not hold a charge that long. probs not. but if you want to charge it more often than that, it's no big deal, Li-Ion batteries will love it. charge them as often as you want. so if you take it out of your bag to charge every week or so it's fine.
