A question
which toshiba model support drag and drop songs with folders. Since i am planning to buy a 30 gb mp3 player and i want to drag and drop the songs instead of using the software. If toshiba mp3 players do not support UMS(drag and drop) then what mp3 player does?

Toshiba stuff is only MTP, I'm afraid. All Cowon/iAudio players support UMS/MSC, and some iRiver models can be upgraded from MTP to UMS.
I'd recommend you take a look at the iAudio X5. It also sounds better than Toshiba players.
