Default Play/pause button broke.

My play/pause button came off today, it fell on the ground and I couldn't find it .

I bought my Cowon S9 on January 31st, 2009.
Today is January 30th, 2010.
I am still in warranty.

When I can actually file a claim with them, I will no longer be in warranty (since they're closed today/tomorrow).

Do you guys think they will honor the warranty a couple days longer or am I just going to have to buy a new one?
