My play/pause button came off today, it fell on the ground and I couldn't find it
.I bought my Cowon S9 on January 31st, 2009. Today is January 30th, 2010. I am still in warranty. When I can actually file a claim with them, I will no longer be in warranty (since they're closed today/tomorrow). Do you guys think they will honor the warranty a couple days longer or am I just going to have to buy a new one?

take a dated photograph to prove the incident happened within warranty period. They may still say no, but at least having some form of proof might raise your chances. Sorry that you're in this position though :/

I just wanted to let everyone know that they honored my warranty and I just got my player back today all fixed and working.
2 week turn around time isn't too bad I guess. (from day I sent to day I received back 15 days.) |
