How they expected to get (I'm assuming they're icons for) mail, stocks and weather onto a device with no internet connectivity I don't know. :P

Indeed, it's not for the S9. It's an unreleased concept by Yanko Design for a Samsung phone. And rumours about it have been around for over a year now.
