I threw my k3 into my washing machine

You can see on the title that I threw one into a washing machine. I rushed to make it dry after taking it out from the washing machine. I can't turn it on, but when I connect it with my computer, it shows its amination on screen like nothing've happened. Just a while ( I think just a sec ) after connecting to the computer, it shows that it've fully charged. I tried unplugging it after I'd connected to computer, and it couldn't still turn on. I think the problem's with its battery. Can someone show me a solution ?
