S30 Headphone jack
Over a year ago I started noticing that the left or right channel would cut out when listening to MP3's on my S30 and discovered that the contact points inside the headphone jack were too far apart. I'd have to push the headphone jack in just right to get stereo sound but inevitably it would cut out again. I had a technician at work look at it and he said there are no Toshiba replacement parts available anywhere for this thing and basically it's a lost cause. However, I still have a soft spot for this little player and would love to get it operational again. Do any of you guys know how to replace this component or have any other tips?
