I just received my S9, and it was working perfectly for about an hour, until the device froze. I did a reset and it came back on for about 30 seconds then freezes again. I attempted to format it but during the process it froze again. Now my S9 won't even start. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem our did I get a faulty device

Hmm.
I'd say try to format it from Windows (or whatever OS you're using). If that won't help, then there's a chance you got a faulty one, and should contact Cowon on this matter (or the place where you bought it, you still got warranty).

Same problem here.
But I used my S9 for 3 weeks... I'm not able to format it, because the device isn't found. |
