Transferring videos

I have a lot of KTVs and MTVs i'd love to put on my clix. These are in .mpg file format. What file format do these videos have to be in for them to able to viewed on the clix....and how would u change to mpg file -> whatever file name it has to be?
Much help would be appreciated! =)

P.S- if you can answer this with pictures too, that'd be awesome =)
