Default Mozaic backlight...to much "atmosphere"

Ok...so the backlight is cool...how it's brighter on one side than the other...but not so cool with custom wallpaper images.

How can I make my backlight light the entire screen like it does when I enter the menu and stay that way when the music starts?

This will really kill the battery life. But you can adjust the length of time the backlight is on thru the settings. System >Display>Backlight Time

It's the uneveness of the backlight I want to change...not the duration of it.

That setting is for the duration. It's uneven by design, and it's cool, but I want the ability to choose a full backlight if possible.

maybe in a new firmware someday.

You want something it can not do. I wouldn't hold my breath for a firmware update on it either.
