Podcasts to S9

Hi, new owner here, just getting to grips with transferring music etc.....

any advice on the best way to add and subscribe to podcasts would be appreciated....

Media Monkey works for me. Fill in the URL in the add subscription. Set you global setting to adjust your preferred frequency to check for downloads. Simple.

If you're synching, there are settings to dump the podcast when you connect the S9.

It would be wise to note that the s9 does not sort out podcasts from music like the sansas - even if its in a seperate folder with the podcast genre, it will still show up under artists, etc. Be prepared to work around this by folder browsing.
Also, my s9 came with a program on it (like a exe) called mypodder, it looked terrible to me so I deleted it, but apparently that's one way of doing it.
