I'm luving the Helicopter Game suggestion, that would be just perfect for the X-Fi2! You could use the same sliding interface from Pong to control the helicopter!

But some kind of notepad, would that be possible? To type notes with an on screen keyboard and a have a list of saved items?

It's done. The only issue right now is that the AI algorithm I use is too slow for the XFi-2. So I'm working on slimming it down.

Would it be possible to somehow compile a gameboy-emulator into LUA? God, I'd love to be able to play pokémon on my X-Fi2.

I have already had exactly the same thought
But it would take a lot of knowledge concerning the machine language and processor architecture of the gameboy. And probably the X-Fi Lua is even unable to handle such operations...

or just touching the screen, like in the real game, but either way it would be awsome to have the helicopter game

if i'm not wrong i heard someone talking about the volume control, i think that's too small... there's a way to do it bigger or even more usefull?

it's nearly impossible to change volume to a determinate value while walking :O

Unless we are allowed to run assembly(C, C++, etc), instead of a scripting language(LUA), we won't ever get something like this.

I would just use the PSP's homebrew version of the emulator if we ever get access to write C programs.

Hmm, it would, but just barely. The PSP(333/166mhz) doesn't even run all games at high speed. Pokemon would do find though. The main concern is the button presses. We could have all the buttons drawn but that would be quite hard to control on our screen size.

The missing inclusion of tactile volume buttons is a fault for sure, but until we figure out how to do custom firmware(if ever) we can't change any of this behavior.
