Default WallpaperCreator S9

Part one of my New Year's Eve present.

WallpaperCreator S9 is a tool to create easily new wallpaper for your S9.

First you have top open the picture you want to use as wallpaper.
When it's opened, you can drag the picture however you want on the preview pane around which has the size of the S9's screen.
You can also resize the picture (the aspect ratio is retained) or rotate it.
In the end, you can either save the whole picture (means the visible part and the hidden part) or only the visible part of the picture.

The first method to save the wallpaper is there because... no, that's a surprise. Has something to do with part 2 of my New Year's Eve present.

Nice that you like it.

I found one bug where the program didn't exit properly.
And another improvement: I improved the picture quality of the saved picture. I don't know the quality level before, but now I set it to 100 and I think you'll see the difference compared to pictures from v1.0.

Just extract the ZIP file somewhere and launch the exe file.
Then you can open any picture and after editing it, you can save it for example in a specific folder where you want to collect all the wallpaper you create.

I guess "somewhere" means on my PC. I'll try it. Thank you for your response!

It seems you cant squeeze a picture, am i wrong?
lets say i have a 480x310 picture. if i crop it wont seem symmetrical.
Its good for big pictures though, were you can chose i nice part to crop.

Default Out-of-Memory Error

Sound like a great utility except that when I try to save a file, I get an out-of-memory error. I'm running Vista64 with 4 GB of RAM.

Thanks.
