Default wont play drm wma files

The only download of an album I wanted was a drm wma file. I downloaded it with the licence and it plays on my computers wmp11, dragging it to my D2 fw1.59, using windows was as usual, but D2 wont play tracks, showing zero time. How can i get around this without buying drm removal software ( be cheaper to buy the cd and rip it)?
Do I need to change to 4.58 and use MPT, but sacrifice flash skins?

You don't have to buy any ripoff DRM removal software (most of which are only lossy analog-hole transcoders anyways) - FU4WM is free. Google for it.

You have to use MTP for that DRM junk to work, indeed. It's probably not worth the hassle. Stick with music you can use the way you want to use it.

Thanks dfkt,
googled fu4wm. I run vista basic and wmp 11.0.6002.1811, as far as I could gleam fu4wm doesnt support these and you have to use a virtual pc and downgrade your wmp, to use it, I wouldnt feel confident doing this.
Is this correct? Or did I look up old pages? Perhaps you could direct me to the latest fu4wm download.
