Help in choosing a PMP/MP3 player

I need help in finding a new MP3 player. In 2006, I did tons of research on MP3 players and settled in a COWON A2 and liked most of it but didn't like other parts. I sold it and have been using my phone for music ever since, and it's time for a true full-blown MP3 player now. Here's what I'd like (note: I'm willing to sacrifice any of this criteria, just let me know of the CLOSEST thing to the dream MP3 player I'm listing that most likely doesn't exist. I'm sure a lot of this stuff listed is only in COWON stuff too, because they're pretty unique):

Most important:
-NO LAG
-Wifi
-Video-Out
-Memory: 16GB or more
-a nice quality screen on the larger size (well, just not a tiny screen)
-video player
-music player
-ID3 tag sorting (no folder browsing COWON crap)
-nice audio/video quality
-nice battery
-lyrics display

Not as important, but still really want:
-many audio/video formats supported
-photo browser
-external speaker
-FM Radio
-Bluetooth
-Subtitles for videos

Would be really nice too:
-Ability to play games
-document viewer

Price does not matter to me. Thanks.

You have 3 choices basically, Zune HD, iPod Touch, or Archos Internet Table w/Android.

ZuneHD would be your best bet. All it's lacking is the Bluetooth and the extensive audio/video support.

Cowon S9 is also a good candidate, but it lacks WiFi and external speakers.

iPod Touch, on the other hand, has only subpar audio quality, no Bluetooth, and a small selection of format support.

Archo w/ Android seems like it has all of it, but it's humongous.
