Default Data visible while listening to a book

I use a CD Ripper to take my Recorded Books and make them MP3 files. Each disc then goes into a folder (Disc 1, Disc 2, etc) and is placed in Audiobooks. When I play the book, I can start at any disc I choose. What I see then is only the Track number. I can't see what disc I'm listening to unless I go to Track Info. Some of the books I convert, show what I want (Disc 1, Track 05 for example.) Some do not. Is there some secret tip I'm missing in the conversion? Or is it something on the discs themselves? My converted files look like this for the book "Bolt" Bolt_Disc 1.Track 105.mp3. (Track 105 I renamed to tell me I am in Disc 1 and Track 05.)

I use CD Ripper Freeware and do not elect to grab the CD info (although sometimes I have done this.) I guess I just want to be able to look at my Clip+ and see that I am in Disc 4, and at Track whatever. Is this possible?

Thanks for all your help.
