on ebay their is a guy called "roadpal" he sells iriver units and real accessories the items are always new with warranty...i just ordered the new charger for the clix from him and payment was made to him thru pay pal...

i checked my pay pal account to see where the payment went...it was sent to iriver directly......is something "rotten in denmark"i??????

it looks like iriver is playing both sides from the middle.

The site says he is an Iriver Authorized Dealer, so he is probably an employee from Iriver. He is legally authorized to sell those units..

So, most likely, you are buying them from Iriver. I am hoping to order the Clix on ebay from "Road Pal" He is selling a lot, so he probably is a direct employee

Can you tell me how much did you pay for it and did you purchase with any other accessories like the cradle?

I am thinking of ordering from roadpal too.
