zune.net is reachable from outside the US

Hi.

Yesterday it was possible for me to Login at zune.net from Germany.
I was able to do everything. Streaming, adding friends and so on.
There was no Proxy in use. Also a friend of mine was able to do so.


Just wanted you to know.
Perhaps the next step for zune outside the US?

This had been true since the release of the ZHD (probably before too but I never tried).

sure? a few weeks ago it said "This site is note reachable from your location" (that was after the launch of the zhd)

I'm from germany, too. I get the message:

The Zune service is not yet available in your region

if i try to create a zune account with my "normal german" region/language settings.

So i think it is not possible to do this outside from the US. At the moment you have to edit your region settings and install the language pack to login in the zune.net page

Oh... that can be true. My Windows language is at English and the location is set to the US.
But there is no IP-Filter anymore. A few weeks ago i wasn´t able to access the site and now i can.

Thought they have removed all filters.

PS: My zune account is set to US.
