It would be very nice if the player would save your settings from the last time you had it on, so you could just pick up where you left off, without change in the track time or the volume. Also, that pins would pin the specific track, not the cd.

I know that a Facebook and Twitter app are already coming, but I would like to suggest a YouTube app also if possible. I also think that upgrading the browser speed is a must-have.

The bookmarking feature is already on the list, and volume settings are saved automatically. Added single track pinning.

Putting those in would be duplicates. Youtube request is covered by the request for flash support (Youtube full), and the request for the 3gp codec (Youube mobile app, same as smartphones). As for browser speedup, the slowdown seems to be caused by script-heavy pages. A better javascript rendering engine would fix this, and that's already on the list.

What I'm saying is, I don't care if the web browser supports flash or not. I would like a YouTube app that would be separate from the web browser, similar to the YouTube app for the iTouch.

Hence requesting that the Zune HD first support the codec used for the Youtube mobile apps. The youtube apps for iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry etc do not use Flash anyway.

However, in the previous thread, we went over this a few times. Taking individual app requests would make this post too long. The firmware wishlist is meant to request ways to improve the base functionality of the device. If someone wants to make an app-request thread, they're more than welcome to.

Email client.
Email client.

I would be carrying my Zune HD right now instead of my Ipod Touch if the Zune had email.

You have an iPod?

I thought that this forum was only for people who didn't have ipods.

Nope. There are people here with iPods, but generally the intent of this site is to discuss everything else, because iPods are everywhere. Olley has all kinds of different players.

Thats weird, I tested it twice with 5 and 25. I usually use 25 with my dock and 5 with my headphones at work(so I can hear my employees plotting against me)

I don't see a dock section listed so here I go:

Av Dock/Remote
1. Access to Setting for at least "Wireless", and "Display" options. For setting up wireless sync, and turning off video display with the remote.
2. Start TV output with remote

I did a slight change and put: -Option to enable automatic scrolling to better fit names of songs/artists/cd's on the screen when selecting music

Hope that is fine,
Cory

Better playlists. Similar to what the playlists are in iTunes, that are always changed with playcount, recently added, and to make on the go playlists.

This is a must!!!!

They fixed some of this in 4.3, you should go back through and check (Especially in the browser).

for the wallpaper/background it should give u the option my p2 had. when i would zoom in on a picture and id select save as background it would save it in that zoomed state. would be much better if it could also do this instead of just giving you one really zoomed bad wallpaper.
