Stuck on Loading Screen

Hello,

last night i was transferring files to my p7 but for some reason my p7 lost its connection to the computer momentarily and i guess the players memory became corrupted.

When i turn on the player its stuck on the loading screen so it can never be seen by the computer as a harddrive. is my p7 useless now?
Basically the bar at the bottom never starts loading..

sorry to hear about that, i take it you have reset it using the paperclip?
I imagine there is a recovery mode usually holding other buttons while switching on.

I have the same problem with mine. I realise this is an old thread -any one manage to fix one with the same problem - P7 starts - shows boot up screen, and then a scrambled screen and restarts itself.

Well connect to pc and try to update the firmware.

Because it doesn't load up, the PC doesn't see it as connected so can't update the firmware. Probably the only was to fix would be to have a fix tool on a microSD card and boot it up that way.

hello.i have the same problem.
after updating firmware with the software from cd my p7 its stuck on load screen.if i connected to the pc i could access its momery...but after a while (trying anything) now the pc doesnot see it as connected.i tried some hard reset but randomly pushing buttons and the pc load the driver as it was a new hardware connected and i could access its flash.now after 1 year i dont know what buttons ive pressed and still not working.anyone knows what combinations its for hard reset?
