Computer Can't See Files On T-9

OK,I'v had this problem before and fixed it,but I can't find anything on it now.

When I hook it up and go to my computer>T-9>Data/Media not much shows up.
In Data only a Video folder shows up and nothing is in it,I don't have video's on my T-9.
Go to Media and only a handful of songs is in there.
I can't find everything that's on the T-9.

At one time I search the forums and found a post that had the answer and it worked,but I can not find now,can some one please help me out?
