Remove crackling noise from ogg file playback

This is a very annoying problem with ogg files encoded at different bitrates.

A crackling noise appears when the screen goes off when ogg files are being played. It is volume independent. Also, the screen goes off and about half a second after it goes off the crackling noise appears. It's really strange. For details please consult the following post

I also heard it happens to wma files.
