the newer edition also support DMB, my online friend that live in korea said the sound quality is as good as cowon, i don`t know if he was kidding or not

A 4GB for £139 or a 20GB for £199. I would just buy a 4GB and put my own microSD inside it. I can't believe amp3 wants £60 for a 16gb microSD.

I'm thinking of getting one - what I've read about the SQ suggests that it is very good; on the other hand I wouldn't use the chat features at all. Nice browser, apparently, with flash support and streaming audio and video.

First: 20GB, that's a weird capacity. Second: The screen is 2.86 inches, strange dimensions. Still, it might be overpriced ATM, but it's a hot little bugger.

That's what I mean - the 20GB is just a 4GB with a 16GB card in it.

HUH??? I was kinda' sleepy when I checked it out, so I thought that was the internal storage capacity - not including an sd card. Damn, that's a crazy price for a 16gb card. Like you, I'd rather purchase my own.

I see you can order it directly from the mintpass website as well, but shipping will be about 20-30 dollars. Looks like it ships from Korea.

Jetmall is selling them now, and amazon is selling them for jetaudio.

As far as I can tell, the Mintpass CEO used to work for iRiver, and left to start his own company where he could "do it better". He must be friends with the Cowon folks though as he's using their U.S. retail outlets to sell the Mintpad here.

yes, beside iriver, the CEO also ever worked to Samsung, and my friend said the player has word "made in iriver china"
