Zen 8GB Stop Working - Various Problems

I just got a replacement Zen in July to replace my old non functioning Zen. and 2 weeks later the replacement is now not working. i've had problems from the start like it freezing up and when i try to use the reset button it doesn't work at all. right now it just won't turn on and yesterday i was using it and there seemed to be no problem with it. but when i took it off the charger this morning and tried to turn it on it just simply wouldn't
