audio battery life with BBE settings

hi guys! can someone post their audio battery life while the BBE settings are turned on? i know 55 hours is when EQ is set to normal. does that mean that the EQ is turned off?

not really but it would be nice to know what effect the equalizer has on the battery life, right?

I don't have the s9, but have had the i7 for over 2 years, never use the equalizer other than a few times. On the other hand, I run with various sound enhancements: BBE, Mach3Bass, MP Enhance and occasionally 3D Surround and haven’t ever noticed any detriment to battery life. Like I said with over 55 hours it’s just not noticeable enough to make a difference, well at least not to me.

Probably around 75% of the time.

i got over 40 hours this time. i think my battery life increased because i charge it a LOT. (even when it has full battery)

brightness:6, heavy BBE was on, screen on a LOT of the time for pictures.

I get over 40hrs myself, and I have the EQ and sound enhancements on all the time. Really, I need the stellar battery life, as there are times when I forget to charge my S9. The S9 is 1 of the best long time performers, period!!!

I'm surprised you guys get 40 hours of battery life!! I notice when I turn my player on and off a lot, it used the battery A LOT. I guess starting the S9 drains the player the most. Either that or my S9 has a bad battery. The most I've gotten is 15 to 20 hours, and I've had mine for about 4 months.

Can anyone else confirm that starting up the S9 drains the battery heavily? I start up my s9 approx. 10 times a day.

I am a about to buy an S9 myself and I am wondering how much the battery lasts with high bitrate FLAC and BBE.

I did a battery test couple of weeks ago and with BBE settings on and with volume being at 16, I got about 34 hours of playing time over the 3 days that I did the test.

The backlight seems to use more juice than anything else in the S9.
