S9 Firmware 2.41

i just purchased a S9 if i update to the latest firmware will it include the previous changes in the versions of the firmware to?

or should i add each firmware in order?

Just got my S9 and promptly installed 2.41 firmware. I can't compare to older firmware versions but the touchscreen doesn't seem sensitive enough. Supposedly this was improved with 2.41 but it must not have improved much or perhaps my device is defective. Any ideas?

Also the accelerometer is slow to recognize my inputs for horizontal and vertical orientation. And scrolling is very choppy and not precise... I think all these things received supposed improvements but I'm not impressed... Should I have installed the updates in steps or something?

That's just the S9 - it's better than it was before, but it's still not great.
