Pressing "back" button (tactile AND onscreen) not going back one song?

I've noticed that if a song is playing and I want to play the previous song, I have to hit the back button 3 or 4 times really quickly to go back, if I hit it twice it goes to the beginning of the current song. This happens with the on-screen control AND the actual button on top of the player. Anyone notice this?

Also, I've noticed that if you have music playing and go to settings and view your Slacker ID, then hit the home button, your music will stop. Are these bugs that are affecting others too?
