Problems with the **** touch

i was wondering what are the problems with the **** touch. cos i can get and 8GB for the same price as an S9 and the **** has wifi. i want to get the S9 CONVINCE ME PEOPLE IM AM CONFUSED!

The iPod touch is a great device, However it has an inferior sound quality. Look at it this way, the iPod Touch is for you if you want apps and web browsing. The Cowon S9 is for you if you want a media player that works great and sounds awesome.

but i thought you couldnt browse without a connection to a router so its pretty pointless cos i cant browse on the go

You can't, But decide what you want to do more. Do you want a rich media expierence or apps and games to play around with on the go.

no cos most of the apps are useless the only ones i would use would b the ones i need wifi for and most apps are games and i have like 300 for the s9

Well then get a S9 if you don't want apps.

Also decide on how important very good sound quality is to you. The S9 will let you play uncompressed FLAC (vs. Apple Lossless) files and it does sound better with compressed files if you use good headphones, but walking around with ear buds I can't really tell the difference.

Also the iTouch can play AAC files which is a strange oversight in the S9.

the itouch has a better out of the box sound... BUT when u play around with the EQ settings... the S9 is waaaaay much better..

Don't forget you have WAY more customising ability with the S9. Add Claw's UCI (or any other) and *romance pants explosion!* you can do A SHIT LOAD more with the device, customise it EXACTLY how you want it to operate...

Doesn't jailbreaking an iPod give you more customizing abilities?

sound quality. nuff said. should be the important factor in al lDAPs if you ask me (thoguh current marketing strategies don't agree)

Really? I'd love the chance to compare the two, with my own files. So if anyone would like to send a Touch and an S9 my way, I'll be happy to do so. What, you want them back afterwards? Sorry, that's a no-go.....I might send back whichever I like least though
