③ cannot_play.flac Seek your five seconds of the failure to improve behavior

I had no issues myself. Try reinstalling the FW, it should solve your problem (since it might be a bad FW upgrade).

I bought it expecting it to play real .mp4 videos, not .svi I'm hoping for .mp4 support and perhaps more resolutions. I ask for a lot, I know. But otherwise it is perfect for the price, and the touchpad doesn't really bother me. (I guess I have small fingers)

That's fair. I only use mine for audio, music and podcasts, and I actually haven't tried video on it. Do you have to use the Emodio for it?

Pretty much, although there are some wmv converters out there. Who wants to use WMV though? Also, I was happy using handbrake in linux for the sansa view. I figured I could do the same thing, but I was wrong.

Wow, your from London but I can hardly understand a thing he typed.

The Q2 is a budget player, so it's great for the price. It is a bit slow, but it's still fantastic for what you pay for it.

There isn't english firmware.
There is only a worldwide firmware with different region codes
For the song names, I have to try it.
