Not Showing Up In My Computer

Thought I would give it a try!

I have one 0S 43.. in new condition here.. except for the fact that it does not turn on!

It is recognized by my computer and shows up as a Rock27 USB device in the device manager, BUT.. it does NOT show up in MY Computer.

Last month I tried the MP4 Nation restore feature for HOURS over several days, but it never worked. I was told I could return it, but since its been more than 2 months since I have seen the last player I returned to MP4 Nation, it might not be a good idea to pay for shipping just to get nothing in return again!

Does anyone know how to get this player to show up in My Computer so that I can actually put some files on it...

or.. does anyone know of an English language Teclast site where I might actually get some help with this player?
