help revive Nomad Jukebox Zen xtra

i gave my old nomad jukebox zen xtra to my dad and i am trying to revive it.

it still plays and charges... however, his computer (still running xp, has WMP11) does not seem to recognize when it is plugged in. therefore, he can not add/delet any music. i can't seem to find what software to install on his pc to make this happen.

one more thing... when it is plugged in, the device manager reads that it is there, then says it can't find the drivers and says that it may not work propoerly....

any help would be appreciated
