q2 screen frozen-- please help
so i recently purchased a yp q2 aw (4GB) and it just froze this morning for no reason. i connnected it to the computer but it cannot be found (i went to my computer, wmp, and emodio and there's no sign of my mp3 being found).
theres nothing wrong with my usb cord and when i plug it off the cord and turn the player on, it's just a blank black screen. please help!

did you somehow formatted it?cuz mine has the same problem but froze at the Q2 logo -_-"

yes. but that doesn't work.
it's frozen with a blue screen saying Q1. and when I plug it into my computer it's not working. any ideas? please?

I can reset it and it turns off.
but when I turn it back on, it is still frozen on the blue screen with Q1.

Ah, yours is a Q1.... I don't know if that's the same as my Q2 was or not. Not really sure what to suggest, sorry.

Can't you hold in the Reset button for a set amount of time which forces it to format itself? It sounds like incompatible files are messing with the player.
If not, I hope you have the warrenty in place.

Shouldn't take that long, but try an extended amount of time. Like 30 seconds.
