should I get NE-6 or NE-7M or NE-8? it is like $10 different. Hope it can work well with my P3.

7m is very good. Better than 6. As far as the 8, I don't know. But I'm a firm believer in leaving well enough alone. I'd go for the 7m.

6 and 7 are the same except for the microphone presence
