Looking for 1.7.06 firmware for 605 4GB
Hello,
I'm looking for firmware for an Archos 605 4GB: 1.7.06. I have 1.3.53 now but do not want to upgrade to the latest. Internet searches have been fruitless -- they all, eventually, point back to the Archos download site which does not have the firmware. Archos will not supply the firmware. Thank you for your time!

According to the Archos website both firmwares you mentioned are outdated.
Changelog Firmware 2.1.04

Thank you for the response. Yes they are old, previous versions of firmware. It is my understanding that users were unhappy with some changes after 1.7.13. With Archos, the latest is sometimes not the greatest and many times, once updated, the user can not go back to the previous version.
