Linux / Mac OS X video encode guide

Hey,

Thanks to a post here I've learned how to encode video with native resolution on Linux (which should work in OS X) and written a small guide.

It's still in construction but it has a working example which should be enough for now. Suggestions and improvements are welcome.

Ok got all encoding methods working now. It would be nice to add a avidemux script if someone already had one.

I want to share other options alternative which works with my GNU/Linux system.

ffmpeg -i IN.avi -vcodec libx264  -vpre=baseline -vpre hq -acodec libfaac -ab 128k -threads 0 -s 432x240 -f mp4  out.mp4
