Simultaneous Bluetooth and TV output

I looking for a video playback device that can output BT and TV-out composite simultaneously. I've read in another thread that the S9 can output BT and 3.5mm audio simultaneously.

Would anyone with a TV-out composite or HDMI cable able to confirm if the BT audio works at the same time?

The reason I need this is because my daughter has BT hearing aids so I need audio both ways at the same time while in the car.
