Folks,
I started having problems with Rhapsody this week and now I don't have the "Authorized" option when I right click on my player. 1) Last time usesd Rhapsody a few weeks ago, I had no problems. Updated licenses on Computer and Sampsung YP-p2 with no problems. 2) This week I started getting DRM problems. I finally resolved the problems by doing a windows update and moving from WMP 10 to WMP 11. 3) Now when I right click on the device I don't see in license or authorization links in Rhapsody. 4) I tried several things I've send in the forums. I've updated my firmware to 5.x. 5) I'm thinking of upgrading my computer from Windows xp sp2 to service pack 3. Maybe a USB problem? 6) I wonder if formatting the device and starting over will work. 7) I have noticed that emodio seems to be working better with the firmware upgrade. Regards, Robert |
